Step-by-Step Guide to Deleting Your Account
If you need to delete your account in the "Animal Tech Talk" app, follow these simple steps. Remember, you have 14 days to recover your account after initiating the deletion process.
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Head to the Sidebar: Open the Animal Tech Talk app on your device and navigate to the sidebar menu.
- Select 'Delete Account': In the sidebar, you'll find an option labeled 'Delete Account'. Tap on this to begin the deletion process.
Step 2: Confirm Account Deletion
- Confirm Your Choice: After selecting 'Delete Account', a confirmation popup will appear. Here, you need to confirm that you wish to delete your account.
- Understand the Consequences: Be aware that deleting your account will remove your account from our system. Your account will be permanently deleted after 14 days.
Recover Your Account (Within 14 Days)
- 14-Day Recovery Period: If you change your mind within 14 days of initiating account deletion, you can recover your account. Simply log in to the app with your credentials to reactivate your account.
- Permanent Deletion After 14 Days: If you do not log in within 14 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.
